Sorry for deserting you guys. I am experiencing a little problem with blogging. :) Nevertheless, I am thankful for your comments. They were very helpful. I agree with your comment Foster. I forsee that some form of blogs will be with us for a long time. But we must first find some value in using the tool that is desirous to the masses like text messaging, and emailing. I have found that wikis are more to my liking. It has been very beneficial to writing our ITS position paper. Each member is able to collaborate and easily edit material from home.I already have ideas of how I can use this tool in my own classroom. In what ways are you planning on using it in your subject? I am always searching for ideas.

Hello everyone. I am new to the whole concept of blogs, facebooks, my spaces, etc. I had always referred to these tools as being the newest fad to network communication. Not really feeling a strong desire to "network" with others I didn't know on the Internet, I dismissed the concept thinking while it's wonderful for others, it just wasn't something for me.

After being reintroduced to blogs and seeing how it can serve a very powerful role in education, my interest increased. So here I am.

Now, my question is how can I implement this tool in a high school math classroom?
